Valley View Retreat is committed to our guests' happiness and comfort. If you require special services we will do our best to make sure you get them. Maybe you have Diabetes and need certain foods, we will make sure to get them for you. We encourage ALL our guests to make reservations as far ahead as possible as we do only take in one group or family at a time. We also like to have contact with you in order to arrange meals that you prefer, if you just come in off the road we will prepare you what ever we have on hand and that will limit choices.
Rates do vary here as to season, weekday/weekend, and length of stay. The longer you stay, the lower your daily rate will be. If you book for a week we do also provide a light lunch if wanted...Our highest rate is $150.20 which includes all taxes (county, state, lodging and meals tax, 11% all together Whew!!!).
The rates go down from there to 139.50 and the lowest rate is $128 80. Of course if the guests do not want Dinner served, the rates would be lower. If an additional room is needed for the kids or traveling companions, we only charge $20.00 per night for the extra room. This is to offset our extra food/utility costs.
We do not serve our guests Alcoholic Beverages, if you want to have wine or drink other adult beverages, that is absolutely O.K. with us. We will keep it for you in the fridge and you can help yourself or you can ice it in a cooler and keep it in your room. You will be right at home here... we allow phone use (within Reason), access to laundry and wireless online computer to our guests.
WE DO ALLOW SMOKING, BUT ONLY IN CEDRTAIN AREAS OF OUR HOME. (We want you to be happy but not at the expense of the next guests) This is our home and we share it with our guests, we like to try and make everyone happy.
We accept personal checks from our guests, cash, Travelers checks and Credit cards through www.paypal.com payment is made to knanken@earthlink.net (if you want to pay with a credit card you must add 3% to cover what Paypal charges us)
Check in is anytime after noon, and check out is at 10:30 A.M. guests may stay here later than checkout, we just need you out of your room by 10:30 so we can get it cleaned up for the next guests.
